Planning an event to promote a product? We’ll get you on the right track to make it a success whether it’s a onetime event, seasonal or ongoing.
Our service is geared to making things go right every step of the way. It all starts with your product and any supporting infrastructure. Upon receipt of these items at our warehouse facility we’ll make sure all is in right working order and looking good. Should something require attention, our warehouse staff will troubleshoot the concern(s) and facilitate the repair. Our assigned account representative will coordinate with you all the details to ensure that the RIGHT people with the RIGHT stuff are at the RIGHT place at the RIGHT time.
On event day, aside from the delivery of everything – we can set it all up and provide support services such as perimeter cleaning and product distribution. Our field teams have proven to be quite resourceful when event venues present challenges.
After the event we’ll collect everything and ensure that it is in good shape, clean it if necessary, inventory it and store it in our secured warehouse.
